Colonial Corners

Built in the 1950’s, Colonial Corners is a unique collection of Federalist-style structures surrounding a busy commercial intersection. In a city long noted for its impatience with the past, Oakes was able to repair and remodel the structures while instilling a lively infrastructure to accommodate a new commercial center.
