Broadway Palace

In the Historic District of Downtown Los Angeles,  in what is mostly commercial offices and hotels,  Broadway Palace was created to infuse resident living in the area.

Downtown LA,  Mixed Use structures with 649 Units in two communities of buildings – one high rise, one low rise.  Completed in 2018.
