Built in the 1950’s, Colonial Corners is a unique collection of Federalist styled structures surrounding a busy commercial intersection. In a City long noted for its impatience with the past, Oakes was able to repair and remodel the structure while infusing it with the infrastructure to accommodate a lively new commercial center.
