Asked by the City of Hermosa Beach to develop concepts for the head of the Pier, at the City’s Pier Plaza, a critical part of the lower Pier Plaza development. The Concept Studies were used as a guide for the development, which consisted of a lifeguard building, public restrooms, and gateway, lighting, railing of the Pier.
